Albert Schweitzer Medal for Science, Social Science, Engineering & Peace is instituted by ASIF in 2004 in remembrance of great philanthropist and Noble Laureate Albert Schweitzer.

We decorate people, organisations with this prestigious medal. Selected applicants receive diploma in a folder, excellent medal in a beautiful velvette case with a covering letter of selection.  

Applications are invited every year for annual awards from various faculties including interdisciplinary subjects through our country, local representatives.  The Senate consisting of very eminent people screens applications and individual/organisations merit is main point in selection.  In no case it is compromised, to keep the name of Albert Schweitzer at high.
